Must have for postpartum healing
Provided immediate relief and stayed ice cold for a good 20min and then remained cool until I had to go to the bathroom again a couple hours later. It actually sticks to underwear so it won’t slide around. If you need extra relief you can put some tucks right on top but I found that the pad itself was enough.

Life saver!!! Way better than any other brand I have tried. These are the ones you get in the hospital and they really work. Stays cold for a long time. Great value. Worth every penny. Super comfortable

Great pads for tears!
Love these! However will remain “cold” for about 15 minutes then get cool for up to an hour.
