First time I ordered got the product well packed and good condition... But the second time it came with the seal broken.. the packaging was good but the product was opened before packing... Too bad.... Will buy again for sure.. but not from Amazon if they are this careless.. About the product: I use the product for hydrationeeds while running and found it to be much better than other products even the once costlier Would recommend it to anyone who runs long distances... The product won't leave an aftertaste in mouth... Easy to carry as it is a capsule... Easily dissolves.. good in taste...

I was looking for gatorade powder, found this instead. I found it to be a better electrolyte than whats available in market. I use it after running, during gym or simply to drink water when you want to. Pro: 1. it's basically the same thing as gatorade/powerade but in a tablet form. 2. Dissolves completely (effervescent) in a glass of water. 3. The flavor (berry) is good to taste. 4. The bottle carries on it good nutritional description. 5. The drink becomes like a soda with bubbles in it. 6. Bottle is easy to carry around 7. Electrolytes prove to do their work. Against: 1. Sometimes 1 tablet doesn't give the right taste, so you end up popping 2 or more. 2. The bottle's seal was flimsy and i removed it without need of a knife. It could've been better for the price. In nutshell, it is a good drink but costs more than electral powder which provides the same thing. But it's advantages outweigh the cons. A must try for every body. Thanks to Amazon for packing and delivering on time.

It is fizzy. The mixability is good with water and u need to shake a bit in a bottle. The quality is good. Not sure if it really helps with recovery.

It’s fast and up! Have been using this for long runs and find it very helpful. Boosts energy for long runs. Personally I liked lime flavour but not a big fan of berry. Orange was okay too.

I was regularly using Fast&Up Reload during my runs in India. Nice to see it is available in US nowadays. This is much needed during my Marathon Training in Spring and Summer. Berry flavour has ultimate taste. Reload has right combination of electrolytes which helps to restore lost body fluids immediately. Since I started using Reload, I have hardly experienced cramps which was frequent earlier.

I wanted to take some electrolyte tablets with me on a long vacation requiring some hiking and did some research on electrolyte tablets. I decided on these because I wanted the berry flavor. However, I ended up getting the lime and lemon flavor. I may have accidentally chose the wrong flavor...I'm pretty sure it was me. Anyhow, I like everything about these tablets. The lime/lemon flavor is actually pretty tasty, so I'm glad this flavor was shipped to me. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the artificial sweetener, Sucralose (aka Splenda). I wish it wasn't added. It gave me a subtle stomach ache. I filled a 32 oz bottle with water and one of these tablets until it dissolved then shook it around a little to mix it all. However, I was only able to drink about a cup of it because of the stomach ache from the sugar. If you don't have any issues with artificial sweetener this won't be an issue for you at all. From my research, I found that almost all of these tablets come with some type of artificial sweetener. I plan to just use half a tablet in a 32 oz bottle of water. Overall, it's an excellent product. I will be using these up and may buy them again in the future for future travels.

It was delivered quickly, no problem there. The only problem was that it had no flavor, and very little fizz.

When I compare to some other I had before, this has literary like nothing in (calcium 1.25 percent of DV, magnesium 5 percent, chlorine 3.5 percent). And the sweetener are scratching my throat. Better to make a black tea with a little bit salt in it. Gives you more electrolyte than this.
