This is a perfect wrist splint for those who work for longer hours using keyboard. This splint will also be very useful if you are constantly using two wheeler for your day-today-activities. This may be better option for prevention against carpal tunnel syndrome. If you are experiencing pain in the wirst then I advice you to buy this for relief. This splint has a rod beneath the cover so there is lesser chance to bend your wrist hence the pain aggravation can be reduced to a maximum extent. This looks even good and sylish to wear so there is no need to get embrassed as what others might mock at you. Just say 'Prevention' and start using. I have kept this in my office locker and I put this before I start work and I wear it even at cafeteria. You can also ride your two wheeler at normal speed (50-55 kmph) but I have an automatic bike (Honda Aviator with automatic gears). One thing before ordering as Amazon will not entertain to return this item. Hence, meausre your wrist with a measuring tape for the correct order S,M, or L size! If your wrist size is 6-7 inch then go for medium. If your wrist is 8.5 or more go for large and if less than 6 inch but a small size splint.

Good quality brace. effectively controlled the tingling i felt in my forearm due to long term use of the mouse. Only problem is that it is a big snug in size. i measured my wrist and bought the recommended size, however it is tight around the hand. all in all recommend this

After 1 week of usage, the juntion where the metal exerts pressure on the cloth teared up and the metal started jutting out of the cloth. I had to then stich it up to continue to use the product. Otherwise the product is reasonably good and works as expected

About a month back, I began feeling tingling pain in my ring finger. I had a ring on my ring finger which was a bit tight & whenever I did push ups, my ring finger would feel uncomfortable. I removed the ring but the pain wouldn't go away. Looked up the internet & the symptoms seemed like carpal tunnel syndrome. Next thing, I surfed the amazon app for a splint & ended up ordering this one. For the first 3 days, my hand would be very stiff & used to hurt in the mornings. So, I removed the metal splint & just wore the brace for 5 nights. The brace was a bit loose now, the pain in the finger was still there during the day. So, I put back in the metal splint and started wearing it. This time it worked like magic. 2 weeks later, now the pain in my finger is almost gone, say 90%.
