I Couldn't Be Happier! Just Excellent
I've been buying Mexican chillies for years online. Many years ago, it was a bit hit and miss, and you had to order them randomly. This 'gift pack' covers so many bases, and absolutely nails what I want, for a fraction of the price I was paying 15 years ago for individual ingredients when the supply of these ingredients was in its infancy. I went for the £24 pack 7-piece set because I knew I would use them. The inclusion of the 'chipotles in adobo' tins was the game-changer, as I absolutely love them. The tins are of the smaller size - while this may seem 'budget', this is actually what you want unless you are running a restaurant. The 75g tins are enough for two or three chilli con carne cooks, and if you don't use the whole tin, you can freeze the rest for another time. This is a very well-judged and well-thought-out selection of ingredients. Well played to the company that put this together!

Used these to make birria tacos and tasted amazing in the dish, worth the price and looked perfect for the dish

They’ve gotten pricey but still good
The price has gone up a lot but these are still my go to for making a really good chilli. Whene you have time to a propper chilli with slow cooked beef (ox cheeck works great), soak a mix of these then blend them up with the soaking liquid to make a really stellar base sauce - the also do a decent mexican oregano

The holy trinity......plus Arbols!!
This bundle contains 'the holy trinity' of dried chillies, essential for any good mole. Ancho, Pasilla and Guajillo for those that don't know, add a rich deep, chocolate and raisin like flavour to your sauce. The skinny little Arbol chillies included here can add moderate heat. The pack is great value, convenient and the dried chillies are of high quality. An excellent product which I shall be buying several times a year (we eat a lot of chilli in our hoyse).
