Mouth Guard
I like this product because I tend to open my mouth while sleeping. After purchasing it, I've found that it helps me to keep my mouth closed and has also improved my snoring. It's not the most comfortable to use initially because it feels a bit tight. While it is adjustable, loosening it significantly might diminish its effectiveness in addressing the issue.

This is a worst product in Design and Comfort. Headache started in 1 min. Worst quality. Worst fit. I want my money back. I understand why no return policy. This is fraud. I want my money back.

I bought it for a temporary period and it served the purpose well
My 11-year son had enlarged adenoids because of which he used to snore and breathe through his mouth. We decided to get him operated (adenoidectomy). Meanwhile I ordered this so that he could close his mouth without discomfort at night. It helped. Of course we have no more use for this. But a temporary solution, I recommend this. It is adjustable and has a comfortable fit.
