Good quality walker.

Overall product is awesome and my toddler loves it. However it needs slight improvements. There should be an option to lock the walker when we just want the baby to sit instead of converting into a rocker for short while. Also the plastic material used is very strong and durable, the only defect is the edges at the bottom when the baby walks to you and when the walker gets hit on your legs you get hurt as the edges are very sharp. The edges need to be made more softer at the bottom of the curves.

I accidentally broke the walker and requested LuvLap if I can get the broken parts. The customer car carefully listened to my problem and was very friendly. They delivered all the requested parts within 2-3 days. Totally satisfied, kudos to the LuvLap team.

I bought this looking at the so many positive reviews but my experience has not been great. Below are the reasons: 1. Assembling is not easy. Especially the wheels do not go in completely and their is a risk of it breaking down if you put pressure to push them in. 2. The seat is extremely difficult to install properly and even then there is a very high risk of it opening from the back with the weight of your baby. Happened with my baby where the back opened (even when I had installed the seat properly) and he was about to hit the front. He is around 9.5 Kg 3. The red stoppers are useless as they don’t work at all. Advertisement video was misleading. 4. The plastic is cheap especially of the play section at the front. The plastic balls are not of good quality and has sharp pointed plastics at the Center of the balls. (See in the pic) 5. There is no cushion in the front and hence baby will hit the hard plastic in case the walker collides with a hard surface or a wall. My recommendation don’t buy this even at a cheap cost and instead spend few extra thousands and buy a good Walker from a good brand like Chicco or Fisher Price which I am going to do now after wasting money on this.

I purchased this from my bebe but after 3 days musical was stop to work totally. Then after 20 days lock system are broke automatically so can't use due to size not to do maintenced. I raise complaints to Luvlop service center they assured me solve this issue as early as possible but till time not resolved. If any latest object added let to clear with u all. Now I m waiting to team response.

Bought this after searching so many websites and local stores. Worried about it before it's arrival. But it turned out to be good. Good quality plastic. Working properly. Easy to assemble. Baby is happy and enjoying the walker. Toy try is good. Lights and sounds and toys included. Can be converted to feeding tray. Comfortable cushioned seat. Wheels are smooth on floor. Can be converted to rocker. There's no stopper but that's not a big issue. You cannot leave the baby unattended even if there's a stopper. Bright and attractive colours. Base is large so if the walker it hits somewhere baby doesn't get hit or hurt. But the edges there are so sharp that when the walker hits elders we'll get hurt. Very good packaging and delivery. Reasonable price. Same model walkers which I saw at nearby local stores are more costly and bad quality. Value for money. Overall happy and satisfied with the purchase. The walker is good for babies above 6 months. Its big in size. Quality of the walker is 9 out of 10. I liked the walker but if want another brand then I would personally suggest you to go with Babyhug brand. Regarding amazon, the packing was pathetic. It was completely torn(-1/10). I purchased this from Amazon only because the seller was Cloudtail. Amazon should focus on proper packaging of items will which reduce the chances of returns. One small part of the walker had a minor Crack but considering the time that will be taken in return I decided to keep the product and it was a minor issue... Colour options : Orange /blue /pink. I purchased orange, you can take as per your choice. Plastic quality. 4.5/5 Sturdiness : 4.5/5 Music volume 4/5 (There are some reviews who say the volume is too low, but it's totally OK for babies.) Overall product 4/5 Packaging : 1/10 This is totally a genius opinion.
