Not different from melatonin but much more expensive
My Doctor said this medication is better than melatonin, in other words, this capsule would help you fall asleep but would allow you to maintain sleep all night, unlike melatonin which he said helps you get to sleep but doesn't sustain sleep through the night. I can discern no difference between the two. And Valerian is much more expensive.

DOES NOT WORK
Does not work. Tried it with the recommended one pill did nothing. Upped the dosage and added an extra 2 pills and still nothing. Still wide awake. Still have insomnia. You’re better off taking melatonin which actually works regardless of the side effects. This is a complete waste of money and way too expensive for it not to be effective.
