Received the package in a proper box and a little goes long way. It doesn't have a bad smell nor has an overwhelming smell but a slight generic spa product smell. Does it's work very well and my hair definitely feels very soft

This conditioner is extremely bad. I wish I could give negative ratings. My hairs have a natural shiny and silky texture. Conditioners enhance my hairs by softening it. This conditioner makes my hairs sticky, as if I have not washed my hairs since ages. It doesn't have any shiny or silky effect. Infact makes my hairs look dull and dirty. Instead of enhancing, it takes away the natural qualities of my hairs. A big no for this product. Also it's a non returnable item, so money wasted
