Love the concept of this item!I purchased this item when my husband was recovering from tongue cancer and arm surgery. Speaking and moving around was extremely difficult for him- this helped to get my attention if I was on another floor of the house.It’s durable, loud, ensures safety, and has a long battery life. Highly recommended for anyone recovering from surgery or who has seniors living in their home. This particular set comes with one call button, one plug in wall pager (which also has a call button built in), and a lanyard for the call button.Great price point, no subscription needed (this is a in-home call bell only!)

Works great for overnight caregivers. Had one bell on the nightstand and the other hanging from the guardrail in the bathroom. Has many different ringtones so you can change the sound often when it annoys the sick relative. Only drawback is it sounds loud every time you have to plug it in when you move the speaker to a different location.

This functions very like a wireless doorbell. One unit stays with the person who wants to make the call, but the other has to plug into a wall. It is easy to move, but it does have to stay in something of a fixed location.The instructions were not especially useful. One does have to play around with it to figure it out. It can be set to be very loud, or much softer--so the volume adjustment is good. It is not particularly intuitive, but once one figures it out, it is fine. There are a lot of different sounds that it can make--from just a normal doorbell sound to little songs (several of them were recognizable as Christmas jingles). Some sounds are jarring--which is good if one is trying to get someone's attention.I think this would be very useful if someone were stuck in a bedroom and the person's caregiver needed to move out of easy earshot. We are using it for the workshop--DH often goes out to work in his workshop and forgets his phone, and I do not like walking outside (especially not in the cold or rain) to get his attention. Having this plugged into the wall in his workshop lets me press the sender button in the kitchen, and it rings the bell in his workshop several hundred feet away (through a window and a closed door and brick wall).I liked it so much that I bought a second one for my parents, as my mother often sleeps in and might need help rising. It is plugged in next to my father's recliner about 100 feet away, and it gets his attention at once. I'm a little concerned about the battery life on the sender unit (as there is no way to know when to change the battery--it doesn't charge), but it seems fine for non-emergency uses. If one has a really critical need for something like this, a more robust system where both sections plug in or where battery life can be more easily checked might be better.

Much smaller than what I anticipated, but works great. Simply plug in the box and it has multiple alarm sounds to choose from. Box has a volume control as well. Button is on a pendant and is large enough to press even in the dark. Bought this for my mother in law to use to alert me during the night when she needs to go to the bathroom. Range is good. Glad we got this.

I bought this for a family member that has lung and brain cancer, and requires 24 hour assistance. This is perfect, I placed the receiver in my bedroom and have no problem hearing it of a night.This pager has saved me thousands of steps, I no longer have to make extra trips just to see if I am needed, love it

Ordered it a week and a half ago. Received the drive next day. Easy setup. My 100yr old father had used it twice since receiving, so it has been very helpful.

These are Exceptional!!! A must have to older individuals when one goes outside and they fall they can hit it and sound off inside. Not great if they have it in their pocket and keep bumping it. Need to wear it around your neck. Affordable and easy to carry. It is bulky. Love you plug it in and pick your chime and that's it. Highly Recommend it. I have told others about this. Great Product!!!

Love this for my studio!! it felt awkward coming to my studio door to see if my client was ready. So now when I leave my studio to go mix my solutions they just push this button and it lets me know that they’re good to go. Highly recommend!
