Accessories attachments missing from wet grinder coconut scraper and atta kneader , while order accessories are including but delivery time the above items are missing.

Writing the review after one month of usage,service by Amazon including packing etc was great.Now the product and serviceDecided buy after using ELGI grinder for 10 years, now I realize the mistake ... The grinder stopped working after one month of usage then called customer care they directed me to a shop in Delhi (yes, shop not a company service center) the technician need money for his work and don't care about the product in warranty or not.When I was using ELGI grinder I can walk to the service center and get it serviced as per T&C of the product pay the price if it is not warranty after service the product work as before.But in Sowbaghya after service, I can not tilt the grinder it is stright :) the basic function stopped working, that is the quality of the product and the Technician who serviced.I could stop a customer buying this product when I viisted a shop today giving my personal experience, worst after sales service and I don't recommend this product to any one pls don't buy it is waste of moneyThe seller should specify there is no service in Delhi, NCR. So that the customer can opt for a different brand.

We are using this product past 12years.So this time also We bought the same product.

Poor item quality / packing / handling....Received the item twice after return ... Once the red plastic body was broken ... Second time the switch was hanging loose

Very very poor quality. I returned and got replacement. That is also very very poor quality material. Returned and got full refund. Bought Elgi Ultra.
