Fantastic upgrade, especially paired with high quality tires!
I switched from butyl tubes to TPU innertubes because i hate the way butyl leaks, punctures easily, is heavy & bulky. I also did not want the mess & work of tubeless so TPU seemed like the perfect solution. I’m using these exact tpu inner tubes with Pirelli P Zero Race 700x26c tires, on Elite Wheels SLT 50mm carbon aero wheels. They ride absolutely awesome, hold air exceptionally well, & in my experience are very puncture resistant. The new improved valve stems are high quality as is the tube itself. I am super impressed with them & have since bought more as spares for my saddle bag & for my training bike in addition to the ones on my fast bike. Have lots of miles on these tires & tubes & would absolutely recommend.

Love these TPU tubes
I never thought I would go back to tubes after riding tubeless for several years. I have grown to really appreciate these TPU tubes, the puncture resistance and durability appears to be on par with conventional butyl tubes however the are much much lighter weighing around 38g. These TPU tubes fold up very small and I find them much easier to install. They come with self stick patches that don't work very well but I was able to successfully patch a couple of TPU using a TPU patch kit. For the money I found the convenience, weight and compact ability totally worth it. After using several of these I am impressed with these tubes ability to retain air pressure, only losing 1 to 2 psi per 24 hours.

Nice tubes but use TLC with the valves
This was my first foray into using TPU inner tubes after hearing recommendations from other cyclists. The brand name TPU tubes are pricey (e.g., $30 or more per tube) so I ordered these "RideNow" tubes since they got some decent reviews on Amazon and only cost about $16 per tube. Also because they have metal valves. However, I learned the hard way that only the top section is actually metal; the bottom portion is plastic and prone to breaking. As a result the first pair of RideNow tubes I tried both failed very quickly due to user error on my part. After figuring things I ordered a 2nd pair and haven't had any issues since. The tubes an attractively packaged and really do have a noticeably nicer ride quality vs. butyl tubes, but they could really use some better & more complete instructions. The leaflet that comes with the tubes has an extremely small font (you may need a magnifying glass to read them), and aren't very thorough. I also tried going to their instructions on the Web but they weren't much better. So I would recommend these tubes but have a few tips: 1) be gentle with the valve stems and be sure to use the protective plastic spacer that covers the base; 2) also don't tighten the retainer nut (w/O-ring) too tight; and, 3) try to avoid using CO2 with these tubes (which I understand is generally true for most brands of TPU tubes).

Five pin hole leaks in a new tube
Purchased a two tube set. One wheel is fine, the other developed leaks immediately before riding. Upon soap bubble test, the tube had FIVE!!! pin hole leaks. Not good. Update: The replacement tubes worked well. They held air just fine for the past week. 45mm stems were longer than the depth of my rims, I had to shim the stem with a piece of 3/8" plastic tube. Moving the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Update 3/26/2025. Total disappointment and a waste of money. Both new tubes developed leaks just from sitting on the bike rack. They no longer hold air more than 10 minutes. Back to 1 star.

Super light, durable,
Ran these in Conti GP5000 32mm wide tires on my new Trek Domane (I don’t trust tubeless). Lighter than a tubeless setup, and very fast. Ordered and installed a pair w/65mm stems, rode them in Hotter ‘N Hell 100 miler this past weekend—they’re great. Could’ve used the shorter stems on these stock Bontrager wheels, so I ordered a set w/45mm stems and will swap them out soon. I like that the valve cores are removable, the valve/spacer design helps keep the valve perpendicular to the rim, and the metal valve/cap provides secure and durable closure. Highly recommended.

A great TPU tube is now even better with metal valve stems
Great price? Check. High quality? Check. Lightweight? Check. Works with both rim and disc brake wheels? Check. And now they have metal valve stems, which makes them easier to use with electric tire inflators (e.g. Fumpa, Cycplus, Silca). It's great to see RideNow take their excellent TPU tubes and make them better.

Well made valve stems
I made the switch from butyl tubes to TPU tubes. I have ridden for over 30 years and ride about 6 - 7000 miles per year. I will never go back to using standard butyl tubes. There are many claims about why TPU tubes are better, they are lighter and offer lower rolling resistance but mostly the amount of space it takes to carry extra tubes. I do a lot of long distance riding and always carry two extra tubes, the amount of space these tubes save is amazing. It is easier to patch TPU tubes and they do not leak down the way butyl tubes do. I have been using them for a year and have not had a flat, oh course now I have jinxed myself by saying that out loud. The quality of these tubes is great. I would not pay $30 per tube for the other brands.

Great light tubes, but patch system is a bit rough
Tubes work great. The only issue I have with these are the patches. I got a small puncture and the patches were hard to get out of the booklet due to the paper coming off with it. I think this happened due to the booklet getting wet in my saddle bag. I recommend making the booklet out of a different material or something. bike riders ride in all conditions and this shouldn't happen.

So far pretty good! I’ve been using Silca latex tubes for a full season, and the Ride Now TPU feel great, Pros: The price is great! Vs silca. Very light weight Performance is just as good as the big brands. 100% recommend Build quality seems good. Holds a little more air than the old latex tubes. Cons: Not a big fan of the bright pink stem. Doesn’t match my bike colours. 2 weeks update. Still great performance, but the rear tire is almost completely flat in the mornings! Front tire drops around 20 psi. Might buy more tubes for spares. update: rear tube is dead! will not hold air anymore. front tube is STILL working. Final update. I gave up on this tube. Will not buy anymore. I bought the Pirelli tpu tubes and zero issues.

Great TPU tubes. Lasted all summer with no puncture. Lightweight and packs small

dissatisfied with this item. I'm pretty sure I got a defective tube as it does not hold air for more than 48 hours - tube goes full flat. Problem is I cannot return it as the other tube (I bought a 2 pack package) worked out fine until I got a big puncture (my fault) that made me throw the tube in the garbage. Will be buying regular tubes going forward.

Wanted these to work...however, both deflated after 1 ride (post ride!), and could not inflate again. Will not re-buy.

The tubes are fine, but i received them without box they were in a plastic bag, not professional at all
