This small cooker makes great waffles and grilled sandwiches. Easy to store. Good price. Light weight. Not sure that you really need to flip it when using it, but experiment all you want. Cooks evenly. The donut maker plates are really small and I haven't found a successful recipe for them yet as I was hoping to make some sugar-free varieties.

Might've worked out if the product was actually NEW. Both the box (It ships in its own box, not encased in an Amazon box) and the packaging inside clearly showed signs of having been opened (the styrofoam packing was in pieces). No on/off switch. If it's plugged in, it's on. And it stunk to high heaven and smoked when it was plugged in. I'm returning it & buying a different brand. It's a shame, though, because the size was perfect. The plates were cheapy, but probably would've been okay if the electrical wasn't faulty.

Great compact waffle maker. Makes great chaffles and egg recipes too. It flips easily for even cooking and the removable plates are a dream, and it stores vertically and packs away easily. My ONLY issue is that where the plates remove there is a strip of metal that gets very hot and doesn't have non stick like the plates...and food tends to stick and be difficult to remove. Just be careful not to overfill to avoid this issue.

I absolutely love our new 3 in 1 flip waffle iron! Shipping was fast so fast that it arrived early 🙂 as soon as we received it I unboxed it washed all plates which are removable, being able to remove the plates there were two functions I was looking for in an iron 1.) that the plates were removable 2.) that it rotated & for me it was a must that it was square. Believe it or not but after searching goggle many times this waffle iron is the only one available that is square even though it doesn't rotate like so many others you are able to flip it, which I absolutely love it does make a difference a pretty significant difference IMO anyways. I haven't used the other plates yet and most likely will not the advertisement shows the griddle plate being used to cook bacon however that would only work if you cut your bacon in half and would only be useful really if you are only making bacon for yourself, maybe one other person as you will only be able to cook 1 piece at a time, 2 if you don't mind getting grease all over your counter. This girl minds very much so I'll stick with making my bacon in the oven/toaster oven is the best & quickest plus use foil & no clean up. For anyone interested in that method simple line a baking sheet with several layers of foil making sure to cover from end to end side to side bake at 400 until desired results flipping once while baking. I might try making donuts if I decide to I'll update my review on how that works out. Also I do love that it stands for easy storage which saves on space, I live in a tiny home so saving space is essential. Okay now for the reason why I only gave 3 stars but really would have given 3.5 but that's not a option. After the first use I of coursed wash the plates & the second time I went to use it I noticed that some of the Teflon had already come off 😞 so I used PAM just so my waffles didn't stick. The last reason I could give 5 stars is because I really wanted a waffle iron that makes full size square waffles, this model makes mini waffles. However the size is not as mini as you might think so that's a plus! So the Teflon coming off after one wash is really the only negative about this waffle iron, I will still recommend this model however just with a little caution about not using a brush to wash the plates. I would like to make a suggestion to the manufacturer for an upgraded version please add something to wrap the cord around for storage as well as improving the Teflon. Don't let my review discourage anyone who is thinking of purchasing this because despite the small issues I described overall I'm still quite pleased with my purchase & my husband loves how crispy the waffles turn out!! P.S. For the novice; THE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE WAFFLES TO COOK IN THE MANUAL IS WRONG waffles are not fully cooked until the steam is basically not visible.

Awesome little waffle maker that can do so much more with other added plates that work well for many different uses The plates for the waffels are sorta medium sized not large size like you see at the store, but thats fine ya just have to make more. Small size lets you store it about anywhere. A must for those on the go
