this derrailur is awesome but u cant fix alone go to cycle shop. product is probably original i think it is as per its mechanism. go buy it its performance is great .2 delivery was nice and delivery person was so humble.3 packaging it was poor it needs to be maintained ok nice buy it

The derallieur was working fine but the condition was very poor it had so many scratch onto it with the black paint removed from many places

Well it is a derauler.... what more do u want? Spring is just as ok as the older shimano derauler which i replaced. Shifting is good but not super fast and instant which doesn't matter unless ur a professional which i bet ur not. My local cycle repair shop said that this will break in 5-6 months but the original costs 2500 you can get like 5 of these for that ammount and that one breaks too. I'll say i was expecting a light plastic thing which doesn't even work but what i received was pretty good.

Very good Product ..i run my cycle 12 to 16 km in every day .. i am using it from last 1 month still doing great job .. only 1 problem facing is when i down shift the gear it bit gives trouble otherwise its a great productin this price ....

This product is not good.... The chain shifting ring is plastic.... So that chain not getting shifted properly.....

It is nice dralliuer but the pakaging was protected and the spring is a bit soft so when i jump it extends. If you are a rough rider that likes to accelerate dont buy it as the chain will fall to the next gear as you are accelerating. But overall the shifting is nice and smooth

Product does not match with the description and the picture. Sent me c shaped hanger type mount instead of round Allen type direct mount. Inspite of returning it the first time for replacing it . Else product is genuinely good
