I purchased this OBD2 scanner six years ago, and it has been exceptionally reliable ever since—no issues to date, touchwood. Initially, I had my doubts, but it has consistently performed without fail. If you're considering buying one, I highly recommend it. I have observed that it operates smoothly without lag in some vehicles but experiences delays in others. The reason for this variation remains unclear. Important note: This specific model is compatible only with Android devices. It does not work with iPhones due to Bluetooth compatibility limitations. If you're an iPhone user, consider opting for a higher Bluetooth-compatible OBD2 scanner or a Wi-Fi-enabled version for seamless connectivity.

I recently installed a CNG system in my Suzuki automatic car, which triggered the engine check light and caused the cruise control to stop working. After an expensive visit to the Suzuki workshop where they charged me Rs850 to clear the error, the problem reoccurred a few days later. Review after few months- I am using this for my Tata bolt. It shows accelation, live speed etc.. Speed alert is good feature. But it doesn't shows proper faults which I think main purpose of this product for me. I tried when my relay were gone but it doesn't showed it. At the same garage owner had the professional one which detects all faults. So you can try this stuff not so costly but dont expect professional results

This serves the purpose of clearing fault codes with the help of the Apk version of the paid app Torque Pro which we can download for Free from elm327.com website and it runs flawless but not to expect much from this other than clearing and viewing the fault codes ( I assume that is what we all are ordering this obd scanner for ) so yeah it's the most vfm thing bought for my car as I dont have to visit the workshop again again for dtc codes in my cng car but do not let it plugged in as it even draws battery when the key isnt even inserted

The OBD port in the new 2018 Ecosport has a plastic thing blocking this device from getting inserted. Just wanted you guys to know that. 😊 The car is Titanium Petrol, hope that helps. 😉 EDIT (update): I sanded the corner of this device and now it works like a charm. Also, I should mention that I bought this for the sole purpose of testing if obd port will work after I remove the fuse of the obd port from the fuse box. And, the reason why I removed the fuse was: on new push button start vehicles, thieves can hack the port, disable alarm system and make their own key and drive off. Removing fuse slows them down as they will have to open the fuse box and insert their fuse(that is if they are carrying one with them) Hope that helps 🤗😘
