The cable is very good at noise isolation. Provides a good and tight fitting at both male and female pins. Ideal for live use and recording.

Heads are perfect and good quality, but wire is very thin

Cheap but Totally useless product. I got this to connect my dac balanced output to the amp input and what I get is a significant hum. All other XLR cables I have work fine with absolutely no noise. The cable is also thin 2 core shielded wire. This one doesn't use a proper microphone cable. You will be better buying this from another company. To show a comparision, I have uploaded two photos. I had to replace the SeCro cable (one with black pvc covering and green connetors) with Hawk pro-audio cables (one with red rubber covering). The thickness of the SeCro is half that of normal good quality cables. The cable outer covering is PVC instead of rubber. After few years the PVC will turn brittle and ultimately crack. The big joke is the item description, which describes the SeCro as "Premier Series", which now I know was written by someone who smoked some real stuff. Rs 379 x 2 down the drain, for that amount I could have had a good meal in a good restaurant. To recover some cost, I have cannibalized the connectors and soldered a new microphone cable. However sadly the female connectors don't even lock properly. Update: I used my LCR meter to measure the capacitance of this cable to compare with average quality 2 core shielded cable / microphone cables. Here is the result Ground to Hot - 122.5 pF / metre Ground to Cold - 125 pF / metre Hot to cold - 67.5 pF / metre A cable with average cable will give you 100 pF per metre between ground to hot/cold wires and 50 pF per metre between the hold and cold leads. This so called premier cable is worse than average quality cables.

Very good product, it is great for beginners as it is in budget and it delivers the quality needed to be a Pro. I love this cable as it totally helped me change the quality to a new level. I am happy I purchased this and Very thankful to the seller for selling this product for such an affordable price and it works well. Cost is high. Otherwise it's fine. Length is appropriate for a small setup. Cable quality looks really sturdy.
