What material used to make the handles?

Hi, the black part of the handle is made from rubberised plastic with a feather moulded system in the under belly to give extra grip. There is a hard plastic dark grey part at the bolster to stop damage of the handle which also connects the blade to the handl. The same material is at the base of the handle which also give the knife impact resistance and longevity. Regards, Taylors Eye Witness

My pairing knife broke, how do I claim under the 20 year guarantee?

I referred back to seller. They asked for photo, to email to them , they replaced item. Just as a heads up, my pairing knife has broken for the second time! About to contact seller. Sabatier knifes are now made in china, very disappointing. As a toolmaker, I would recommend maybe, taylors eye witness knifeware. regards, james
