Very happy and completely satisfied
It has been more than a year that i purchased and have been using this product and i must say that this is a very premium best in class product i have ever purchased in a reasonable budget given the best in class quality and durability Bose provides. The sound quality is very clear; noice cancellation is very good and the bass effect too is very good. Having experienced using this earphone has given me a completely new best in class music listening experience. Thank you very much Amazon for making available such great products that provides the best in class experience with the best value for money.

Nothing in this world is perfect, the same goes with Bose Soundsport Wireless headphones
My First wireless earphones and Bose it is. I have used them for a week now and i would just say one word "Awesome". Nothing in this world is perfect, the same goes with Bose Soundsport Wireless headphones. The price has reduced to 12k one week after i bought them for 13k, the only reason to feel bad about. I would list the pros and cons for this gadget: Pros: 1)Sound quality. I guess the first and foremost aspect of a good earphone should be the quality of sound and it has all of it. 2)Comfort. We can choose from 3 earbud sizes. They look big but doesnt feel heavy. They dont fall down even during intense workout if fixed properly into the ear. 3)Connectivity. Connects to device in no time. 4) Features. a)It doesnt have noise cancellation feature. But at and around the max volume it does the job of negating background sound pretty well. b)The small remote on the earphone is extremely helpful. You can use it to decrease/increase volume, forward/rewind songs, take calls c)You can also use it to speak to google assistant even in between songs. Just long press the middle button on the remote and ask/instruct whatever you want to. For me while travelling i use it to make calls by just instructing google assistant to call X, Y, Z person on my contact list and it does the job. d) Tells you about the battery % when you switch it on. Cons: 1)Battery life could have been better. It gives 6 hours of full charge. 2)The ear phones could have been smaller.

Built for sports earphones
I'll segmentize my review for better understanding. Build : Like any other Bose product, it's well built. Adequate care has been taken in designing even the tiniest part of the earphone. Rubberish feel on outside, inside is metal. Button on the earpiece is hard though. Buttons on the volume controller gives feel of duality, actually the finger tends to slide sideways when you press. However, they are tactile and responsive. Connecting wire seems to be sturdy. The earphone will try to lean towards the controller side, obviously by additional weight. But the clip has been perfectly placed to keep the earphones centred around the neck. Water Resistant : Works perfectly after splashes, can easily withstand sweat during running and workouts. Comfort and feel : In my view they are bulky earphones, if you compare them with other options in the market. They are quite noticable as they protrude a long way. Despite the size they are quite comfortable, even after long wear. The eartips sits on the ear canal, not inside the canal. The wings on the eartips try to keep the earpiece in place during strong body movements. They won't fall out of ears easily during excercise. Sound Quality : Bose have always tried to maintain near neutral sound signture. If you have ever used Bose earphone or headphone, you can notice that this one has slightly deeper base, but not too deep as the eartips don't enter the earcanal. The mids are clear and highs are clear. I feel the sound signture has been trimmed on both sides to make these more comfortable to listen during running or workouts. You got to choose eartips that matches your earshape, it's very crucial. When you become habitual to slightly different eartips, their comfort reaches close to over the ear headphones. Obviously the purpose is sport not audiophile. Overall, a good sounding earphone. Noise isolation is downside of these earphones. They won't match even normal in ear earphones, leave alone the noise cancellation earphones. Maybe Bose designed them to wear outdoors and make the person aware about the surrounding. Definitely not suitable in very noisy environment. You have to pump up volume button to overpower the noise. But in normal conditions like parks, these work like charm. Connectivity : Absolutely no issues. NFC works like magic for pairing. SBC and AAC codecs are there based on the harware of your phone or device. AAC offers slightly better sound Quality due to increased bit rate. Lack of AptX or AptxHD won't bother you much. Connectivity don't break by going to other room. Auto power off saves the battery. And they can be paired again just a press of button, power or the middle button of the controller. And they pair again promptly with battery level voice Indication. Call Quality : Call quality is very decent. They try to supress the surrounding noise and the person on the other side can hear you clearly. Never faced any issue in call. Battery life: Battery life is average for the size of earphones. At max they'll go for 6 Hrs of continous use. My opinion is that if you are looking for robust earphones for workouts and running with decent sound quality, accepting the lack of noise cancellation, you should go for these. Bose won't disappoint you.

FAILED TWICE in 10 months. PATHETIC SUPPORT from BOSE - DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING BOSE IN INDIA !
Updated 23 July 2022 My first piece failed and I got a weird turquoise color which they promised to replace as soon as black was back in stock - it never happened in 5 months. Meanwhile the second one failed and after 2 weeks they claim they don't have it in stock. I guess they're just buying time till my warranty expires >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Original review It connected seamlessly with my running watch and worked great for 3 months. Fit was good, sound quality was great, charge lasted long. Then it abruptly stopped charging. Since it is STILL IN WARRANTY I tried reaching Bose support on phone, email - no response for 3 days and then I posted on Twitter. I got a call back from a different number that's not on the Bose site and they gave me an address for a service center in Bangalore that I'm unable to find. I called the Service Center's contact number given by Customer support and there's no response after trying thrice in 10 days. No response when I call the Bose customer support number either. I had a similar experience with Bose support for my Bose Soundlink Mini II which was also under warranty Right now Amazon is selling the same item at 30% less than what I paid in Aug '21. But given the appalling state of customer support, I would strongly recommend against this !

Best bluetooth earphones at this price range!!
I’ve been using Bose products for a while and I’ve always awed at their quality - both in terms of build quality and sound. Same is the case with Bose Soundsport Wireless! They deliver punchy sound notes along with good base. You won’t find better bluetooth in-ear earphones at this price range. They may look bulky, but they sit comfortably in your ears with the Stay Hear+ tips and never fall off while working out. They don’t cancel out the ambient noise, but that’s a plus point while running / jogging in the roads, making a person aware of the surroundings. It can connect to two devices simultaneously, thus, you can jump from one device to another effortlessly! Overall, a good buy and a value for money! You might want to look into Jaybird X3’s too to make an informed choice.

Not Perfect But Better.
I've used some quality earphones before, so I know the difference between good sound and bad sound. This one is the best sounding wireless pair I've ever tried in this budget. Not for bass lovers, if they have used Sony before. Before purchasing I had gone through Bose official website to check from where I need to buy. Amazon was on the list. I had called up Bose Customer service for more details regarding the headset and got to know that Appario Retail Private Ltd is an authorized seller on their list. My next move, Open Amazon and click on add to cart. Thanks to Amazon and Appario Retail Private Ltd for the One day delivery. The package was in perfect shape when I received it. Perfectly packed, Brand New. Thumbs Up. The SoundSoundSport Wireless is a very comfortable in-ear wireless sports headphone that's sweat resistant and sounds great. The earphones fit securely in your ears, Thanks to the winged tips. The headphone works decently as a headset for making cell-phone calls and has an auto-off feature to preserve battery life. The volume control and multifunction button works fine. However, SoundSoundSport Wireless is a little bulky but don't feel heavy. If you want the earphones to be obscure then this is not for you. Lacks with the battery life tops out at 6 hours when we can see few of the new wireless earphones giving us 10-18 hours of play. No Noise cancellation, Not very good while going on road or noisy environment as it picks up all the sounds around you. Overall Bose SoundSport Wireless is a decent headphone with great sound and clarity but lacks in battery life and noise cancellation. I'll just add an update to this after using it for a few weeks. Added some snaps for you guys. Update 1: Have been using this for almost a year now. No issues whatsoever. Gives 6 hours of battery backup. I believe the quality issue that was previously mentioned by many of the users including my friend who had replaced it, has been fixed after a certain batch of earphones. So far So good. Happy Shopping. Update 2: Update on my Bose SoundSport Wireless as I’m nearing to 2 years of use. The audio quality is still the same with great sound and clarity. No complain on the battery backup as well. Now as we get to the build quality, few weeks back the construction started falling apart. The button for powering the earphones fell out as the rubber holding it in place loosened. The little silicone door on the charging port broke off as well. Thought the build quality has been fixed after a certain batch of earphones as I mentioned in the previous update. But No, still the same. I'm really disappointed that they've started falling apart already, Especially since I take such good care of them as I have mentioned previously. I never used these for workouts or dropped water on them. Attached few snaps of the earphones which is starting to fall apart completely. Not even completed 2 years and the situation of my earphone is worse. Reducing one star for the poor build quality. Thought the build would last at least 3+ years considering the price and the makers of the earphone. Disappointed with the build quality from a reputed brand like Bose.

One of THE best wireless earplugs from BOSE
Over the years I frequently get asked what the best Bluetooth sports headphone is. My stock answer is that none are perfect, all have their drawbacks, and the handful of top models may fit you well and work great -- or they may not. Bose's SoundSport Wireless, the company's first Bluetooth sports headphone, isn't perfect either, but it may just be the best Bluetooth sports headphone currently out there. I mean you don't jam the earbud into your ear and completely seal off your ear canal (that type of headphone is referred to as a "noise-isolating" in-ear headphone). Thanks to Bose's eartips, which come in three sizes -- small, medium, large -- the bud sits loosely in your ear yet remains securely in place. The SoundSport Wireless comes with three sizes of ear tips. This model is equipped with a special sport version of the tips that's different from the tips included with Bose's earlier in-ear headphones, so they aren't interchangeable. I should also point out that because the earpieces extend out from your ears you'll probably have some trouble wearing these under certain helmets. The ear pieces are somewhat bulky, but not so bulky to feel heavy on your ears. However, if there's a criticism of this headphone's design, it's that the ear pieces could protrude out a little less and be more discrete-looking. Easier said then done, of course -- today's battery technology is holding back miniaturization efforts. Rival headphones -- such as Jaybird's X2 and Freedom, Beats' Powerbeats 2 Wireless and Monster's Adidas Sport Adistar -- give you the ability to shorten the cord length (or cinch up the cord) for those who want to wear the cord closer to the neck. With this headphone, you can't adjust the cord length, but what Bose has done is provide a clip you can hook on to the back of your shirt (at the top) to keep the cord from flopping about. It's a smart design and I thought it worked well; the cord remained fairly stable, even while I was running. The only downside to the floating-fit, open design is that ambient sound does leak in: this isn't a great headphone for noisy environments. (If that's your preference, Bose's upcoming QuietControl 30 is a wireless model that features active noise-canceling.) But if you're out running or biking, you'll be able to hear cars coming, which is why a lot of runners and bikers prefer their headphones to have open designs. As you might expect, the headphone is sweat- and water-resistant and there's an inline mic and remote that lets you skip songs, adjust volume, and take and make calls. Bose is touting its quality as a headset for making calls, as well as how reliable the Bluetooth connection is. I can attest to experiencing only minimal Bluetooth hiccups and was satisfied with how it performed as a headset, though the QuietControl 30 and QuietComfort 35 offer superior headset performance. Those models have noise-reduction features that muffle ambient sound, including wind and street noise. Just as importantly I had no trouble pairing and repairing the headphone with my iPhone 6S and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (the Bose features near-field communication tap-to-pair technology for devices like the Samsung that support this feature). I also simultaneously paired it with my iPhone 6S and MacBook Air and had no trouble switching between the two when a call came in as I was watching a video on the computer. Bose Connect, a free app for Android and iOS, allows you to manage your pairing list, upgrade the firmware and change the auto power off settings (the headphone powers down if you don't use it for a certain length of time, which is a good battery-saving feature). When you turn on the headphones, a female voice alerts you how much battery life is remaining and with which devices you're paired. That information is also available in the app. Battery life for the SoundSport is rated at 6 hours, which is fairly decent for this type of small headphone (though not great overall), and 5 hours for the SoundSport Pulse. Both SoundSport wireless headphones come with a simple neoprene carrying case, but Bose will also sell an accessory case that has a built-in battery for on-the-go charging that'll cost $50. That battery case provides three full charges, or up to 18 hours of battery life. Bose will sell a separate accessory case that has a built-in rechargeable battery for 3000 rupees. I used the the SoundSport Wireless for over a week, taking it to the gym, using it on the streets of Mumbai and doing two runs with it on Lodha Palava. I used the large eartips and was able to get a comfortable, secure fit. With a lot of in-ear sports headphones, I find myself having to make little adjustments to relieve some discomfort or get a more secure fit, especially while running, but with this headphone the adjustments I had to make were minimal. They were easy to put on and take off, they powered on and paired quickly to my phone, and worked as well as any Bluetooth headphone I've used. The sound quality is very good for an in-ear sports Bluetooth headphone. There've been some complaints about it not playing loud enough, but I didn't have that issue with the iPhone 6S or Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge I tested it with. (Bluetooth performance on computers tends to be a little dodgy and perhaps some of the volume complaints are related to computer connectivity.) The headphone doesn't sound as good as Bose's SoundTrue Ultra wired headphones, which I like a lot and offers cleaner, more dynamic sound, with better defined bass. But that's the nature of Bluetooth. You lose a little something. In the case of the SoundSport Wireless, the loss isn't huge. There's some clarity missing (the highs are a little recessed), but you get lots of bass and the midrange sounds pretty natural and warm. It's also a fairly open-sounding headphone. What's interesting about the sound is that this headphone seems to be optimized for outside use. Inside, in a quiet room, the bass can sound a little bloated, which gives everything a slightly dull edge. But when you're walking around outside, the bass sounds toned down because it's competing with ambient noise, whether it's the wind or traffic or whatever. If you didn't have that extra bass the headphone would sound thin outside. The way it's tuned, it sounds smoother and better balanced outdoors. I didn't think it sounded better than the Jaybird Freedom, which also delivers excellent sound for an in-ear Bluetooth headphone -- though that model costs 33 percent more. But it bests the Beats PowerBeats 2 Wireless, Plantronics' BackBeat Fit and Monster's Adidas Sport Adistar. The latter two models cost less than the Bose. All that said, what ultimately makes the Bose the superior headphone and easy to recommend is its fit and comfort level. No, it's not perfect -- and it won't be a perfect fit for everyone -- but it's one of the few "premium" in-ear Bluetooth headphones that I think will work for the vast majority who buy it. The SoundSport Wireless' highlights: Available in two colors at launch (black, aqua). Choose your pick! Price: 13k 6 hours of battery life Water- and sweat-resistant Auto-power off feature Accessory charging case costs around 3000 extra Works with Bose's free Connect app for Android and iOS devices NFC tap-to-pair technology for devices that supports it. Note: SoundSport Pulse Wireless with built-in heart-rate monitor that comes in red and has 5 hours of battery life Good: The SoundSoundSport Wireless is a very comfortable in-ear wireless Bluetooth sports headphone that's sweat-resistant and sounds great. The earphones fit securely in your ears thanks to winged tips. The headphone works decently as a headset for making cell-phone calls and has an auto-off feature to preserve battery life. Bad: The ear pieces protrude noticeably from your ears (they're a little bulky that don't feel heavy); battery life tops out at 6 hours. Crux: The Bose SoundSport Wireless is the most comfortable, best overall in-ear Bluetooth sports headphone you can buy right now.

Fake Product- battery runs out after 6 months of usage.
I bought Bose Soundsport after a great experience of same product which I bought from Bose Store in USA which lasted for good 3 years, without any issues. However my this particular purchase from Amazon has led me very disappointed. I think the product is fake, battery started behaving weird after just 4 months of usage. Battery goes down from 100% to 10% with just 10mins of usage. Overall product is very good, but if you need to buy this product, buy from authorized Bose store and not from Amazon.
