After using this oil for a few days, I felt nice relief in my back and knee stiffness.

I ordered it for my mother. Her knee was horribly paining and she tried lot of other oils. When I saw her in pain I thought to search some oil in Amazon and found this product. Saw lot of good reviews and ordered it. I asked my mom to use it for a week and tell me the feedback. She told me that it is giving her some relief. After using it for another week I saw her in quite good position. Not completely but this oil gave her quite a good relief from knee pain. Thanks. Earlier I thought these must be all paid reviews and all. But after good experience I am writing this review.

The oil is just ossom it instantly relief the pain like magic my mummy use it and it works so well if you had joint pain grab it

I was looking forward to using this oil given that it seems to be filled with good herbs that help with inflammation of muscles. However, it was a little underwhelming in performance and the absorption of the oil. I did not feel much difference after applying this oil to the joint and muscle pain I was feeling. Also the oily texture is fine initially but does not easily get absorped. This leaves it on the skin till you take a bath and so soils the clothes that you wear. Only positive is that it smells nice which is what you definitely want to have in such a premium product.

My father-in-law is suffering from back and joint pain from a long time. I have ordered and tried many oils for him, but none of them is useful. Then I came across this blue nectar. Ayurveda oil it actually works , the back pain is almost gone, now he can easily walk and sleep calmly. This is a non sticky quickly absorb oil with the godness of 17 herbs. Must try this.

This oil has great combination of 17 herbs and it works well on my leg pain. I have some muscle cramps issue. I tried this oil and it works. I also want to share the 2 step process to use this oil for better results - 1. Heat oil slightly before use. 2. After massage please cover the affected area to lock the heat and warmth of the massage.

I have acute back pain for some years now. I have used many Ayurvedic oils (especially the Kerala ones). Blue Nectar's oil didn't help much. The only good thing about it is the aroma. As opposed to smelly Ayurvedic oils such as Murivenna. I am writing this review after an year of trying other oils. I will liat which worked for me. As for Blue Nectar Pain relief oil. It can be best classified as a very good spa massage oil. It has the mild effects of cinnamon & mahanarayana to leave you feel relaxed. However, it is very expensive for such a use case. Light massaga affected areas and use hot sponging) - best! #2 Sahacharadi oil (Trad Ayurvedic. Apply leave for 1 hour. Use hot sponging after that. Bath/wash in hot water) #3 Myaxyl Oil (proprietary Ayurveda. Has a mild burning effect. Apply. Leave overnight. Take warm/hot shower) Ps. Murivenna has a very tedious application method. It relies on body absorbing the oil. Best to take treatment at Kerala ayurvedic clinic. It is usually used in injuries alongwith some internal medicine)
