It really works
Apply the product n keep it for half n hour, then dab water on it n brush it .... u will see magic. The product needs to be cleaned withing 1 hr. If kept overnight it dries n stains won't go. Made that mistake. So again applied it n cleaned it. The ball pen marks vanished

It works really well on new stains but not on old Ink stains. Old stains maybe faded if you use it more number of times Still a product worth of buying.

Does not work as claimed
As against very good packaging its performance is not upto mark. Instead spreads the ink stain more. Not recommended for purchase

Very good results - but need lot of efforts to remove ink stains
Firstly I tried for my shirt with 6 months old ink stains. It did not helped at all. Then second time after few days I tried again and applied more liquid, kept for 5 minutes and rubbed with another cloth, it took too much efforts but stains got totally removed. Product is good but takes time to understand proper application of it.

Works like magic
Used this to remove ballpoint pen marks from my sofa and dining chair. In just 5 mins, the stains were gone! I did a lot of research on amazon as the dining chair and sofa are quite expensive and there were a lot of pen marks on the fabric and i was afraid of using it. But it surely works like magic. You just pour this stain remover on the stain and wipe it with a wet dusting cloth in 3-5 seconds and you’ll see the magic. Loved it
