When it comes to this microwave. I really loved it. It is easy to use and works as microwave, oven and griller all in one. Made griller chicken Tikka, cake, coffee in it. Loved it. However, what I didn't like was such bad delivery by Amazon. The product clearly mentions a stater kit. However like so many people, I have not received the stater kit. Have complained about it, however no fruitful action has been taken.. I would advice you to go for the product but CHOOSE FLIPKART OVER AMAZON. since Amazon clearly don't send the whole package and keeps the complimentary products With themselves.

I bought (I got this for Rs.8700/-) this product for my home in May 2017. As this was the first product from this brand (IFB) so I was not sure how it will perform. After buying it, I used it as much as I could and found no problem. Today (Oct 2020) when I cleaned the product from dust (not the first time, it's a regular cleaning from time to time), it looks totally new. I am in love with the product and I also developed a huge trust for this Brand. If you are buying this product then go for it as it will last without any issue for a long time, until the particular item has the defect.

I ordered this 20bc4 microwave on 9-6-20 and it's been scheduled on 16-06-20 but happily I got it on 13-06-20 .....now a tiny review on first impression ..,.looks so beautiful , received in one peace ( not broken nor dented ) didn't grill, but reheat mutton with gravy directly from the fridge and I must say it's magnetron is so powerful it heats up that stuff only in 15 seconds very hot . I will put in my further reviews on grilling, convection and combinations later on,one more thing I want to add is the touch pad ,it's not very sensitive you have to push the pad button with little force ..and packing by IFB is not upto the mark ,...............see you soon

In today's day and age .. I find it extremely shocking that IFB provides the worst after sales service in the consumer electronics department. I ordered this Microwave for our branch office. The item itself was delivered after 20+ days whereas it was supposed to be delivered within 5 days. Nonetheless, we eventually received the microwave and things worked fine for about 15 days after which the item stopped working. We called the IFB helpline and a service engineer was sent to our office after 3 days. The engineer claimed that the microwave magnetron and another part had blown out and would require replacement. Remember this is only after 15 days of use. We obviously assumed that this would be covered under the 3 year warranty that was provided with the item. Here came the challenge - The service staff said and I quote "this microwave is being used for commercial purpose and warranty does not cover it". We were shocked to hear that. The guy could see this was a branch office with less than 10 people off which only 5 used the microwave to heat their lunch, i.e. total usage in a day would be no more than 15 minutes. MUCH less than what it would be at a normal residence. Yet IFB's stand was - this is a commercial office and warranty does not cover this. We further tried to find this clause in the warranty document and have been unable to do so till now. Between that we communicated with IFB a few times and they promised us to resolve this issue by sending a Senior team member to assess the situation. BUT no one ever visited. Bottomline - We will certainly be taking this up with the consumer court - But it is imperative that people get to know that they should avoid buying IFB products because when it comes to after sales service, IFB will try and escuse themselves out of it rather than resolve it.
