When i first heard of ayurvedic supplements,only two of them recommended to me; 1.Ashwagandha 2.Guggul And it is not forbearing for me to say that these both have really helped with losing fat and at the same time staying sane! the product is not the same as the packet and was in a different type of box and they tablets not capsules. not the same product and didn't feel that the item was a genuine product so buy with caution.
