Do they need refrigeration ?

no I don't refrigerate . they are shrink wrapped two to wrap and then come in a large zip lock bag. After I give my dog one, I use a small zip lock bag to store the other until next. It should keep them fresh for several months. My dog loves these! and they do not splinter. I throw away when they get golf ball size.

Is the bone from a cow raised in the usa or simply cooked for the dogs in the usa?

Can they eat the whole thing?

They can because it’s not rawhide. However once the meat is gone I throw mine out. My dog ends up eating it all and it turns his poop white and hard. I would recommend taking it away once the meat is gone.
