Magnetic fields are great !
So after buying a new PS5 controller and seeing stick drift after just a few months I decided to grab these. Since then I have had zero problems with the sticks ( 2 or 3 years now). I would highly recommend you have at least a medium degree of soldering and electronics knowledge however. This requires a full controller disassembly and unsoldering multiple post coated connections. It's important to use solder wick at bare minimum when working the old sticks off the board. If you tear the copper foil traces you're in for a fun time running jumpers, so take your time. For those in the industry it's pretty straight forward.

It works!!
Definitely great quality, easy to install (if you have all the tools). It actually works.

Functional, but had a 25% failure rate, item replaced by seller
--Update: I couldn't initiate a return on this, but after I posted the review, the seller reached out and offered to send a replacement, I assumed of just the faulty stick, but they sent a whole new kit at no cost! Updated the rating accordingly. Sticks were as advertised, however one of the four was faulty and the 'R3/L3' button was defective. I didn't notice until after it was installed, so you definitely want to check that before install. The controller that got the two good sticks was fully restored. Probably just a bad luck pull, but definitely do what you can to check the sticks before installing. (Note: the stick worked and calibrated other than the button function)

Replaced both sticks on a controller, works great
Replaced my sticks on dual sense controller, works like a charm after calibrating using an online tool. Previously I bought regular sticks which didn't work well so decided to give these hall effect ones a shot and didn't get disappointed. Arguably works better than my other controllers but idk

Good quality for good price
I had someone locally install these on both my PlayStation five controllers that were drifting and I haven’t had any issues since! I think as long as you have someone that knows how to install them, They are good.

High AVG error rate
After installing both joysticks (first one being a dud), the left joystick had a 18%~ error rate and the right joystick having 20%~ after calibration (all within .014) which left them feeling very gummy and slower responsiveness. Learn from my mistake and don’t listen to the AI reviews and get Gulikit’s TPN pair instead or any other brand tbh.

Work perfectly, installation is a labor though
I was able to get them installed and tested and they work perfectly after calibrating them on the free site. The main issue was desoldering the existing sticks. I would recommend a heat gun. What I did was peel away the two parts of the stick with 3 solder points each then use a heat gun and pliars to pull them out. From there I used wire cutters to cut as many of the remaining connections as possible leaving only 2 that were unreachable. From there, heat the opposite side of those two and pull it off. Finally I used the heat gun and a thin piece of metal to melt the solder and push the remaining connection pieces through the holes and spear them out. Soldering the new parts in is extremely simple compared to this. In all it probably took me 3 hours to complete but I could probably do it in under 1 now that I'm familiar with the process. Edit: do not use flux when soldering the sticks to the board. It can flow into the stick and muck it up requiring you to redo the whole thing

Good
It does work . To be fair it took me a whike to do it but I have done it and it feels like a right accomplishment if you didn’t ever solder before . But yeah you do kneed soldering gun , solder wick and flux paste , and some people using vacuum pump but I’ve managed without it . Make sure to watch vid on you tube before you commit to this task

One out of four joysticks was faulty
The package included four joysticks. I first soldered two of them to a PS5 controller. During testing, I noticed that one of them was faulty. I removed the faulty one and tested a third joystick, which worked fine. One joystick remains untested. The faulty unit caused some extra work, so I recommend testing all parts individually before installation.
