This item is very compact and easy to use. I purchased it for my granddaughter to aid her in her knee surgery recovery. It really helped in reducing the swelling associated with knee surgery.

I received this the day after I ordered it, and the air conditioning now works wonderfully. Good quality, good service, and good price.

I always keep one or two of these around. I am not sure just how long they will last because I change mine out every two years. Never had an issue with it failing. I just consider it part of my normal maintenance. They are not expensive and better for your system to not let one go bad.Also since I live in a subdivision, where most of us have the same AC systems, I keep one or two on hand to help the neighbors out. Creates a lot of good will when you can go fix your neighbors AC system on a hot day. Most of the AC companies around here want $2-300 just to replace one. That is if they don't find " something else" that needs fixing.
