have been using this product for 8 years, and during that time, I also purchased a Pigeon stove and a Bajaj stove. Both the Pigeon and Bajaj stoves required servicing frequently, but I have never had any complaints with this product. I wish all companies produced products like this one.

I use 5year old best podect

It has 3 months of usage now. When delivered the metal supporting pan was unstable and twice boil oil almost fell from the gas fue to the imbalance in the pan. Went through a horrendous customer service for one and a half month of sunflame to get it exchange. It is working with still the pan a bit not stable. The burners are okay but the plates and support pan are of inferior quality. The glass body is good and pleasant to the eye but one has to be very cautious not to drop any water or other liquid when it's hot or there are chances of the glass body shattering and injuring oneself. In short not happy with the purchase and very hurt by sunflame service provision.

Emits a toxic smell when in use. The black paint coated grill that is placed above the burner emits this carcinogenic smell when the gas is turned on. The black paint burns and crumbles off. Unfortunately we discarded the packaging box and so can't opt for a return. Contacted Sunflame customer care but no response yet.

An amazing product bought in a steal deal! I bought the Gas stove to replace my steel stove and I have been using it since last 45 days. My experience so far has been smooth and hassle free. Also, relatives and neighbors who have seen the product have complemented me and asked me to order the same for them as well(small town so people still ask others). Coming to the product Pros 1. The product is completely black and looks so good as it is a fresh change from the steel gas stove which was there for a decade or so. 2. Both the burners are made up of brass which does not rust like the burners from the steel stove which are normally Iron alloys. 3. The size is so compact that it fits in 3/4th the space that the steel stove used to take and still feels big enough. 4. The size and shape optimization has been done well. 5. Two different sizes of burners which gives you options to use as per the requirement. 6. Made up of all glass, at least the exteriors expect the legs and hence very easy to clean. 7. The gas tube fits snugly to the inlet and there was no leak. Can be assumed that it is normally very safe to use. Cons 1. The only con was that one of the burners is a bit loose but anyways I won't be flipping it. So, I am cool with it. 2. Wait for a good offer. Normally there are great offers on the product during festive seasons. Verdict : Compared to brands like Prestige and Pigeon, this product is really a steal deal !
