Rda for b12 is 2.4 mcg, on the label it states rda 1 mcg 100%, it must be labled as 42% , this is wrong information on label

I've cross checked RDA for B12. You are right. It's 2.4 MCG. So 1mcg present in a tablet is 42% of daily need. It is false info on lsbel. Now I feel to check % for other nutrients as well. Thanks for sharing your finding.

What form of zinc is present? Zinc oxide is not wel absorbed.. roughly 49.9% average

It is Zinc Oxide. Yes it is absorbed to only 50% but the mass % of Zinc in Zinc Oxide is 80% which helps in reducing the tablet size required by reducing the wt. of Zinc salt used. The best absorbency you can get is in Zinc Citrate and Zinc Gluconate both having nearly 61% absorbency. But Zinc Gluconate has only 14% Zinc by mass and Zinc Citrate have even less. So that extra 10% of absorbency doesn't really helps as you require more amount of Zinc salt as compared to Zinc Oxide to fulfill your RDA.

Please include the pic of ingredients list, what are ingredients used? for eg: vit b12 can be from cyanocobalmin or mecobalmin. this is very important
