what is the Watt rating?

No it is on 110 v but you can easily get a convertor that is 220v to. 110v

Do I need to buy a voltage converter & how many tips come with it &/or is it possible to buy them separately & from where?

I returned waterpik, as it just refused to work. Converter came with Waterpik, I had it replaced thru Amazon, finally gave up and sent it back to Amazon, got refund, nozzles came with the Waterpik
