Very useful product!

Extremely disappointed with this Nic Free Terminator comb. The stainless steel pins tilted/bent out of alignment during the very first sweep through hair — a comb marketed as sturdy and durable failed instantly under normal use. When I raised a return request, I submitted clear photos showing the bent pins as proof of the defect. Despite this, the return was rejected and my payment of ₹1,400 was completely wasted. No refund, no replacement, no accountability for a clearly defective product. For a comb priced this high, I expected genuine, well-built stainless steel teeth — not something that deforms on the very first use. Equally frustrating is the seller/platform's return policy, which didn't honor a valid claim backed by photographic evidence.

Perfect for its purpose, effective. Good quality/sturdy. Obviously limited use as once the nits have gone you don't use it again.

Os dentes metálicos são muito resistentes e conseguem remover lêndeas e piolhos com muito mais eficiência do que os pentes comuns vendidos por aí. O grande diferencial é que este é o pente original, o mesmo modelo vendido nos Estados Unidos e utilizado por milhares de famílias há anos. I have been dealing with head lice in my daughter's hair for more than a year. I would regularly comb out the lice with fine comb. I tried various lice treatment shampoo and spray. It would feel like the treatment has worked but the nits would remain and would hatch into live and lay fresh nits. This became a repeated cycle. My daughter had long waist length hair..I chopped it off to a Bob cut as the lice was becoming unmanageable and I combed out the lice three days in a row and yet found more lice. At this desperate time I saw this product on Amazon and decided to purchase it despite the price point. In the first try many live nits were removed. I sectioned her hair and combed out nits section by section, washing the comb each time. I redid this exercise the next day and two days later. There aren't lice or nits in her hair anymore. I have used this product for a week now. Will come back to update this review after 3 months.
