Poor delivery
The product itself was good and met expectations. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery person did not call or notify us before arriving and left the item at the door without handing it over or confirming receipt. There was no communication at all. This could be a concern for safety and order security, especially if no one is home at the time of delivery. Please improve coordination and communication during delivery.
