Being a vegan for 10+ years it is imperative that I need to keep taking Vitamin B12. I had a severe allergic reaction after taking this B12 supplement with methyl-folate. Within a short time, I developed widespread skin rashes and blisters across my body. The reaction was intense enough that I had to stop immediately. Symptoms slowly started fading only after discontinuation. Please be cautious, especially if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies. Ofcourse everybody's body is different. Listen to your body
