Its realy nice product and i took it 2years back still its working.

The reason many dislike this pills as their expectations vs reality. Its definitely not a sleeping pills, it's just a very mild mind relaxant which needs prolonging usage to see the effect. In most of cases it's not gonna work from the day first, I would say it need a week or two(sometimes even a month) to see some results. In case someone has sleep disorder or insomnia hardly this product will help all alone. In such cases one tagara pill+10mg melatonin pill before go to bed may work. So tagara is not a panacea for healthy sleep either not any other supplement or pill, need to workout on mental problems like stresses, tiredness etc.

Tagara can be helpful for sleep, but mainly if your insomnia is in its early phase. For long-standing or severe insomnia, it may not be very effective, even if you take two tablets at night. However, it does provide a calming effect during the day, helps reduce heart palpitations, and works well in managing stress.

Tagara (Indian Valerian) is only a mild relaxant, and it works as it should — with no side effects. It is not technically a sleep-inducing substance. Some people who have reviewed the product here say it doesn't work well — and yes, if you expect to be able to go to sleep with two tablets (as mentioned on the bottle), you might not get results. Also, for Tagara to work, other factors such as diet, time of meal, number of hours you worked, etc. should be proper. If you're using the product to fall asleep, you need to take a larger dose (disclaimer: I am not a doctor). The bottle also fails to mention that there are no side effects even if you take, say, six or seven tablets. Plus, the efficacy increases over time. Take the regular dose for a couple of weeks, and a large dose on days when you have trouble sleeping. You're likely to find that Tagara does work.
