LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Drink - Watermelon Salt | 12-Count

Best electrolyte drink out there. Mostly use the packs but I’ve started taking these to the gym with me. Like watermelon and citric flavor best. I feel a big difference in my workouts if I take a good gulp before I start and sip on these during the workout. Especially during heavy workouts and aerobics.

These are a perfect drink on the go. It tastes great and are very convenient. They are. No artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. No sugar, and is sweetened with stevia.

I dig these, very salty, and not full of crap. They really do help on a super hot day when Youre tired out. Otherwise I dont really drink them. But they are a great rehydration drink for the working fella! And they taste pretty good as well.

Flavor is GREAT! While there is a salty flavor, it’s not too much. It’s quenches your thirst and doesn’t have a bad aftertaste. I read that you should drink it BEFORE a workout or activity and that definitely helps while I’m training for a half marathon. My only complaint is it’s a little costly.

This flavor is really good and it was exactly what I was looking for. The issue is that most of the cans were damaged from being dropped or banged around during shipping.

I’ve had other brands that are expensive and I thought were reputable, but none have as much electrolytes, salts to be enough to supplement the keto diet. Just tried this brand and it’s the first time I really feel some noticeable hydration. Handy’s that these are in cans. (Though it would be nice for a non carbonated option.) It’s going to taste salty, duh to the people who complain! It’s not like a salt lick but you’re literally drinking for the salts, it’s not the sugar with trace elctrolytes from the grocery store.

Great tasting drink. My only issue is the low amount of Malta dextrin. Otherwise good drink.

I love these drinks. They are soft on the carbonation, full on flavor.
