Corn cobs and air gun slugs
I used this for cleaning the lead flash off of airgun slugs that I have swedged. The slugs come out with a very fine satin finish on them. After about 15 minutes the vibratory tumblr everything comes out nice and clean. No extra lead where it doesn't need to be

Works Great for Me!
I wanted to use this media a few times before I give a recommendation. I was using the Layman brand of media until I found this much larger bag for the same money. After using this media to clean 40,38,45, 9mm and 5.56 calibers I think it does a great job. So far the only difference between the two brands is media size. The Layman brand seemed to get stuck in the primer flash hole when cleaning unprimed brass. This media does not appear to get stuck as often and is much easier to remove when it does get stuck. The Frankford media seems more dusty when first using it but after a cycle or two the dust settles down and I can't tell the difference between he two brands. I did try a sonic brass cleaner and ended up resorting back to using Frankford Corn Cob media because it seems to clean better and gives a new brass finish most of the time. I highly recommend this product and will continue to purchase it myself as long as the price stays in-check.
