Good item I ordered twice and each time it was broken by the time it reached my front door

Cute Not dishwasher safe

Disappointed. My bowl, thankfully was in one piece but my chopsticks were missing.

I haven't bought it yet because the company ran out of the product as soon as I got the money to buy the Hogwarts caldron roman bowl. But this product looks amazing clean nice neat for Harry Potter fans and Asian food fans alike. Hopefully the bring it back so I can try it myself. Five Star

My rating may change?!? The product itself seemed good and heavy but they shipped it in a thin Amazon brown bag- not even bubble wrap! This bowl is heavy and needed proper protection and boxing. I have never seen packaging so bad! They are sending me a replacement after I spoke with customer service. Let’s hope this makes it in one piece!

Product arrived in bad packaging. what is the point of selling ceramic things if you ship them without protection and only loose brown paper? Yes, they were dented and broken in transport. But even wort is the label at the bottom of the wrapping: "this product may expose you to lead, a know carcegenic". Why use cheap paint and not food grade paint?! They are using fans to make money on their cheap merchandise. This is totally unacceptable. we've known since the 70's lead causes health concerns. That's why there now exists food grade enamel paints. This is unacceptable! Shame on them.

Article arrivé fortement ébréché. Impossible a offrir donc. Et même qui a envie de payer si chère un tel objet pour le recevoir cassé et avoir comme seul option un retour qui va me faire perdre mon temps alors que je commande pour justement évitez ce genre de désagrément. Une trentaine d'euros pour ce résultat et je ne parle même pas de la taille.. breff extrêmement décevant

Allgemein ist es ein nettes Geschenk oder Produkt für den privat gebrauch. Da es aus Porzellan ist es ja zerbrechlich. Als das Paket ankam musste ich leider feststellen, dass bereits eine Ecke abgebrochen war. Also eine bessere Verpackung währe auf jeden Fall nötig.
