This is my favorite Pre-Workout. I have tried several over the years and this works well and doesn't cause a crash. NO JITTERS. Tastes amazing. I find myself frequently craving it. I'm 5'1" and 170lbs and 1 serving is perfect for me. Worth the price.

Same design, same packaging, same color...different smell & taste. Still works, yet less effective. I've consumed Energize regularly over the years. The last few purchases (directly from BODi) and now this shipment haven't tasted the same. Has the formula changed?

I keep buying this when it’s on sale
I bought this for myself. The taste is okay. You get used to it. I mix it with a frother and drink it pretty quickly. What I like most is that it doesn’t have sucralose and it doesn’t make my hands feel prickly like some other pre-workouts do. I do wish it were a little more affordable, so I try to buy it when it’s on sale. I also really like the travel packets because they’re easy to bring with me when I need them.

Lemon goodness that gives you LIFE!!!
This stuff rocks. Gets you energized without the jitters and shakes like a lot of those “pre-workout” brands. The taste is so yummy too like sipping a nice tall refreshing lemonade. I not only use it for a preworkout but also sometimes an afternoon pick me up! You won’t be disappointed!

J’aime le sens de picotement dans mon corps, sa réveille l’énergie que j’ai besoin pour combler ma routine, il ne laisse pas de poudrerie dans notre gorge comme d’autres pré-workout que j’ai déjà acheté ailleurs . Avant, j’ai travaillé avec cette compagnie, mais il a eu beaucoup des choses qui ont changé, mais ça reste toujours la meilleure pour moi. Tout leurs produits sont excellents.
