I came across this probiotic while looking for ways to restore my gut balance after a course of antibiotics. At that time, I was experiencing cramps, bloating, and changes in stool consistency and regularity. My doctor explained that antibiotics can disrupt gut flora, so adding a probiotic was recommended as part of my recovery. What immediately caught my attention was the unusual format — small individual packets with powder that can be dissolved in a drink. After researching further, I was impressed by the ingredient list: 15 billion CFU per packet (not per box, like many other products), L-glutamine (promised to support gut lining repair), vitamin D3 (essential for colon health), and galacto-oligosaccharides — a prebiotic fiber that promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria. Much of this information was new to me, which made me even more interested in trying it. I started taking one packet daily before bed, mixing it with water. It dissolves quickly and tastes like dry milk. I didn’t experience any side effects, and it worked well as part of my overall recovery plan. Over time, I gradually noticed improvement in my digestion and continue to use it occasionally. I wouldn’t call these drawbacks, but I do have a couple of unanswered questions: • Does the probiotic survive stomach acid? (I know capsules are often designed to help with this.) • How much L-glutamine is included in the 1 g proprietary blend? I’d like to better understand its contribution. Overall, this isn’t a fast-acting or highest-CFU probiotic, but it’s an effective, gentle, and easy-to-take product with an excellent ingredient profile. I would definitely recommend it.

I took one every other day and it feels like I lost a pant size, gut health is great I guess. Only con is that it’s a bit expensive , but it is very easy to mix !

I have this on subscription every month! I take every morning and can feel my gut is much better! It’s tasteless I recommend if you’re looking for a pre and probiotics! Easy to take and dissolves quickly 👍10/10

I’ve bought thousands of supplements in my lifetime, and let me tell you that this brand here is not your regular brand, in this particular product they exceed my expectations and excell to the point of being so effective and the price, nothing can beat this price :)

The photos provided in the product listing say in one place that the package contains five packets; in another place on the same photo that the product contains 10 packets of 0.05 oz (for a total net weight of 0.5 oz); and in another photo that the package contains 28 packets. The listing title does note "5's pack," but there is no other clarification about the size of the product. The product package does in fact contain 5 packets of 0.05 oz apiece. Nothing wrong with the product itself that I can see, but the seller should make the product description clear and consistent, and provide photos of the correct product.
