is hp 802 small cartridge refillable?

yes you can refil it again and again.i have been doing it for one year. sometimes if the header gets blocked, keep it in boiling water for 3-4 mins and once you see the ink coming out you are good to go again :D (search google for how to clean blocked cartridges)
