I am reviewing this product after using for 25 days. I bought this product exclusively based on reviews. Because I wanted these awesome specifications. As I have original Windows 10, I was not bothered with the OS at all, Still they have supplied CPU with the trial version of Windows 10, later it helped me to install the original OS. I don't do gaming, I bought this completely for work purpose. I use heavy modeling and simulation softwares. Because of its strong specifications, I am using several softwares at once conveniently without any hanging issues. It doesn't have DCD writer, I don't see the point to have that because of flash/USB drives. The only negative thing that I can say is the product delivery, Believe me, it took me almost 3 weeks to receive. However, the manager (Mr. Ashish) was always in touch with the technical specifications and delivery status. Except that, I feel you can trust REOTM, they are trustworthy, professional in their business and their service related to technical information is good. As this review is about product functioning and quality (not about delivery), I am completely satisfied with the product and going with 5 STARS.

Stunning look, light weight, small in size, easy to port anywhere, amazing speed, best graphics, upgradable motherboard, 16 GB ram can open the files very fast, soundless cooling fan, two years warranty, excellent after sales service. After 3-4 days, when I turned on the computer I was not able to reach desktop due to some technical issues. On contacting the dealer he gave me some particular instructions, which I followed and soon I was able to resolve the problem this is what a customer expects from a seller. I was even told that if in future I come across some problem with the CPU, pick and drop service would be provided free.

I Purchased this product in feb 2019. Sudenly my system sound not working when I try to contact seller, They provide voice support via whatspp. There is no service centers available in Tamilnadu. He told me to send the system to the north side of India. finally, I solved the sound issue with his voice support. after that one of the Ram is not working. How can he give support? Do I need to send Ram via courier to him? Worst support I saw.

Its been 2+ years I have had this machine and I must say I am overall pleased and satisfied with the performance of it. I use it for daily applications and entertainment. A few times I have also use high end CPU and RAM Intensive applications and I am pretty satisfied with the way the system has handled them. Used it for almost 8 to 9 months for WFH and must say no issues observed during this entire time. A few medium range games and high end games can be played on it provided you upgrade the GPU from a default provided 2GB to a 4GB one. [A few times the CPU tends to max out, which proves to be a bottleneck to extract full performance out of the GPU] The support from the seller ROM Infotech is very prompt and Mr. Ashish has provided excellent support over phone when I was facing certain minor hiccups with the system. Overall much recommended if you are looking for a reliable machine with enough power and performance for daily needs, high end applications and medium range gaming.

I did a lot of research on the net to buy a good ,affordable,big featured, latest etc. I was not worried about brand names and tall claims. Finally I have found/ discovered REO slim desktop. I can honestly state that this product is par excellence.It has been only a week since I have purchased it and I am addicted to this PC. I will surely recommend all like minded people who prefer quality over costly brands to go for this desktop. It is a great piece of dedicated workmanship. Congrats to the team and the company.

i got the delivery only a few days back and i have been installing all the apps i need but REO has been quit impressive so far. Moving on Google Maps street view is a breeze and so is running YT videos. It feels nice to work on Google Drive online with the spreadsheets or the other tools loading super fast. The best part was the after sales service. Ashish Bhai was so pleasant to talk to. i had licensed key for Windows 10 Home but this machine has Pro installed so Ashsish Bhai patiently explained how to remove Windows 10 Pro and get Home installed and then add the key to get started. He also helped in getting Nvidia drivers installed. Overall a great experience so far. i will comment on the durability a few months down the line.

Slim, beautiful and powerful cpu. Been using it for a while and had no problems. Really appreciate the customer service for windows activation. Highly recommend.

Exlent product purchase before 8 month for son gaming it work perfect . First I was in dought but now I can say this is one of best PC for Home.
