I bought this product with a doubt in mind as my previous experience with POND'S (POND'S Pure Detox Mineral Clay Face Wash For Oil Free Instant Glow, 90 g) "wasn't good". I was definitely surprised to know that it worked really well with clearing pimples and refreshens face. It also did helped me and removed acne spots from my face. I suggest proper usage would be atleast 2-3 times a day and not to expect results before 5 days after you start using regularly. Creates a good amount of foam while scrubbing on face after a minute. Quantity wise it's ok, 100 grams would barely last for a month. Overall the product is a good usage friendly. Go for it and add it to your Amazon Cart!

I ordered the "Pond's Men Pimple Clear Facewash", 100 g, from Amazon, expecting the same quality and quantity I've experienced with previous purchases. However, this time, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the facewash bottle seemed to have more air than product inside. It felt like opening a bag of chips where most of the content is air. Additionally, the consistency of the facewash was thinner than usual, indicating that something might be wrong. I've used this product before, and this wasn't the typical consistency. I contacted Amazon customer service to report the issue, suspecting either a manufacturing defect or leakage during shipping. To my surprise, their response was dismissive. They told me their investigation showed the product was delivered intact, and they wouldn't offer a replacement or refund. They even suggested I throw away the product I had paid for, which I found utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I tried to ask for further assistance, they simply hung up on me. As a long-time Amazon customer, I was shocked by this lack of support. I would have expected at least a basic attempt to resolve the issue or a thorough investigation into the product's condition. Unfortunately, I received neither. In the attached photo, you can see the difference between this product and one purchased from an offline store, highlighting the inconsistency. The offline store product has the correct consistency, while the online one is visibly lacking. I'm sharing this review to let other customers know about my experience. If you decide to purchase this product online, be aware that you might receive an unsatisfactory item and face an unhelpful customer service experience. Check your product carefully upon receipt, and be prepared for a potentially frustrating interaction with Amazon if you encounter any issues. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar disappointment.
