First of all hats off to the customer support team, they stay in touch with you throughout the time, even after you have got the product. And they might just be the best team ever. And for the product I can say, it works perfect. And for what you pay the amount of extra stuff they give is just extraordinary. They even provide you with their own gourmet coffee powder. It works the way it should. Brewed your coffee in no time, no hassle. Don't expect a cappuccino or latte, this is just not the product for that, to do that you have other options from Technora only. It'll make a perfectly fine americano and you have dozens of flavours to play with it. Enjoy your super budget friendly home coffee maker. Its made of plastic but good quality, all the parts easy to wash easy to assemble. Just perfect!

Pros: - It does the job well, brewing quality is good. Perfect for users who love black coffee, I won't recommend this or any other coffee machine for making a filter coffee with milk since it will be too diluted. - Anti drip feature is really useful. Unlike many other machine, this doesn't spill on the hot plate after removing the carafe. - You can remove the carafe form the machine in between the brewing process to pour some coffee - You don't have to stand by and switch it off after brewing since it will go to keep warm mode automatically - Three permanent good quality filters for various quantities of brewing considering the coffee grind size Cons: - It's all plastic. Very light weight, feels like a toy. But you get what you pay for. Bottom line: Even though everything is plastic and very light weight, it looks elegant. The product's finish is pretty good, when viewed from a distance it will look like steel. And it does the brewing well with useful features like anti dripping and keep warm. So at this price range, the machine is worth it! Plus the response from Tecnora team is prompt and good which we won't get from Morphy Richards or Philips.

This is the 15th day of usage. The brewing quality is very good considering the quality provided by other machines and the machine functions as good as day one. However, today I experimented this machine to make green tea and trust me it again makes an excellent cup of refreshing green tea as well. We all coffee people know how to brew a cup of coffee, however, to make a mug of green tea follow this: 1. Fill the water container till 2 cup indication mark. 2. Put in green tea in the bigger metal filter (quantity of the green tea as per the strength you desire). 3. Put the sprinkler at its place. 4. Do not put in the carafe on the heating plate and turn on the machine. 5. Wait till the machine enters into warm only mode i.e. entire water tank is emptied. 6. Place the carafe on the heating plate that will turn off the anti-drip protector. 7. Voila! there is the freshly brewed cup of green tea from your coffee maker. Thanks for reading!

I had been using it for more than a month now and has give satisfactory results with coarsely ground coffee but takes unusually long time to strain when finely powdered coffee powder is used which was not the case in my earlier filter coffee machine which I used for more than 10 years.

Well it worked very well for the year and a quarter that I’ve had it. Only now it’s kaput. Not working. Luckily still under warranty. So let’s see how the repair/ replacement is handled.

Do an ample research on this product before buying this. Recently my Morphy Richards fresco machine broke so I thought to give a try to this machine and it is a big disappointment in a small package. Cons:- 1) manual that came along with this product is quite lousy. 2) The carafe is of good quality but if it gets broken you'll be stuck with an unusable machine till you get a replacement and you cannot keep it upside down to let the water drip out on its own after washing. The handle is already wobbly of mine. 3) Bottom plate got a burn spot during 1st run. 4) You will have to use a filter paper. 5) Cup measurement is quite off 6) the spoon is quite small for measuring the coffee powder Pros: Impressive heating speed but will have to see how long does it take for the heating speed to go down. The package came wrapped in cling film, had only invoice pasted to the plastic wrap and coffee sample provided along with the product is more or less stale in taste and wrapping of the sample was shoddy. All in all, if this machine breaks down ill not be spending time in getting it repaired even if in warranty period, ill be shopping for another machine.

Only thing is it needs better finishing in a few areas as i found a few burs within the accessories.

Enjoyed the first cuppa’ coffee that really was a well brewed coffee! Hadn’t tasted such coffee since I last had such coffee in the US... it was amazing! I’d have given a 5 star except for the little, very little, disappointment with the overall finish of the plastic parts. What’s great about this: 1. It’s really good that the design does away with the need for filter papers as most other models require. 2. The coffee is thoroughly extracted, thanks to the sprinkling mechanism and pulse system integrated into the design. 3. The keep warm plate beneath actually is sizzling hot. Now I can sit back and relax for a good while, knowing that I don’t have to light up the burners to get my cup of coffee every once in a while! I can just reach for the hot coffee anytime. 4. I like the coffee pot! It’s just the way I like and while it’s the only part of the appliance that’s breakable, with enough care, it’s pretty convenient to take it along, especially when one anticipates a long stay. What I think can be improved: 1. Since the steam and hot water are in contact with the plastic, I’m concerned about the impact on health over a period of time, as I know that plastic in contact with water for long periods even at normal temperatures can render it unsafe and unfit for consumption. The grade of plastic used in this model smells like the plastic used for the body of appliances both for kitchens and otherwise. 2. The steel mesh tray for large quantities does not fit well as designed. But that’s a minor issue as I intend on using it for home, just enough for 4 to 6 cups or at the most 12 cups of coffee although I am going to be brewing enough coffee to last long enough through the day. I’m quite a coffee person! 3. Maybe a few tweaks to make this appliance safer as handling hot steam and water as well as the power supply chord coming out from the lower end at the back isn’t fitted tightly and there’s a gaping hole exposing the electrical stuff inside. Need to be careful especially when kids are around. 4. The water level indicator along the side of the water tank is a little too hazy to read. Don’t know if it’s the steam or the plastic used. I’m quite excited and content with this on the whole.
