Good product helps with symptoms
I've been using this for a while. My sleep has improved and it's also helped with fluid retention.. I was told by endocrinologist that my base cortisol levels are really high haven't been retested but since it's helped with symptoms I'm assuming it's effective. I have tried other similar products this one is only one I've actually seen improvements with.. Reasonably priced and easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach, no smell or after taist.

To me it working
I just started yaking two or three days ago and is feeling better already. My energy is back, my body dont feel weird, it most be working, I have no explanation other than its the pills

These are not for me
I don’t know why but usually I can take anything and get good results but with this it have me headaches. I stopped taking them and the headaches went away so I know it was this product causing them. It’s just not for me I guess so sad!

This has no extra fillers and is non-gmo
I can't give the full 5 stars yet because tonight is the first time I have taken it. My Dr recommended I take a cortisol manager. The one he recommended, I took for 1 month, and I didn't see any changes. It also had fillers like magnesium stearate and others, which I didn't like. I saw the ingredients in this one and liked what I saw, so I'm hoping it is going to help relax my muscles while I sleep, due to fibromyalgia. Idk if this is exactly what a cortisol manager is usually used for, but my Dr said it may help me.
