Initially when I ordered this lamp, I was disappointed when the lamp/clock I ordered didn't work or turn on. The seller was quick to send me a replacement and was very communicative. I waited to receive the replacement and I'm so glad I decided to have the seller send me a replacement instead of refunding!! This lamp is super unique and you can't find anything like it in stores. Unlike other sunrise lamps, this lamp is double-sided so the front is a clock, touch option buttons, and on the back you have the very bright sunlight lamp. I was hesitant to buy this thinking the lux of the wake up lamp wouldn't be strong enough, but it works just as well (if not better) than my medical sunlight lamp. This has helped me get out of bed in the morning on cold winter mornings. Multiple times I've woken up before the audio alarm goes off. I love the fluidity of the rgb on the front and how you can customize the brightness. Only improvement I'd suggest would be to have some sort of fan/white noise sound on the sound options. There weren't any "constant" sounds, and i'm not really sure why one of the sounds is a dripping faucet? lol but all in all, I'd definitely recommend this alarm clock/lamp - and the seller! Update: I am updating my initial review after using the sunrise feature. I wasn’t sure it would wake me up if I had the clock facing me, but it did. Not only did it wake me up, but I felt more awake than just a regular alarm. I underestimated how bright this lamp is. I just received the lamp today, and I have spent some time playing with the features. I like the lamp, but the settings are a little clunky given it doesn’t have Bluetooth or a remote (which I knew, but just to keep in mind). I also didn’t realize that the light therapy / sunrise option only appears on the back, while the multicolor options only appear on the front. I think I would have preferred to have the light facing my face as it wakes me up, as I am a VERY heavy sleeper. However, it might be fine, since I haven’t used that feature yet. I know I could just turn it around, but then I would lose the ability to use this light as a clock, which is annoying. It is definitely bright and pretty though.

Loved it to start but we've had it 6 months and the time no longer displays. The alarm still works but can't read the times anymore so will be useless come the time change. So sad!! The current time in the photo is 8:51

My husband struggles to wake up in the morning, but ever since we got a dog, we didn't have to worry about waking up at the same time. However, after moving recently, our dog's waking time changed, causing my husband to oversleep and almost be late often. Remembering a friend's recommendation about this machine, we decided to give it a try. While I love white noise, my husband isn't a fan of artificial sounds. Thankfully, this product offers various natural sounds and can be set to a subtle volume, which my husband surprisingly finds acceptable. Setting the alarm in the morning triggers the dog to start whimpering, forcing my husband to get up. Plus, being able to adjust the volume means the sound doesn't disturb my sleep on the other side of the bed. Every night for the past month, I've been enjoying a peaceful sleep while listening to the soothing sound of running water.

This has great functionality for its price, I love the various light settings and the timers for them It was a nice piece for the price until one day I unplugged it to move it, and when I tried to plug it back in, it was completely dead. I had it just over 6 months. I contacted customer support and it took just over a week for me to get a new one. It was a very easy process and customer service was very polite.
