Initially could not get the machine to work. Almost no instructions provided with the machine to trouble shoot or use once in operation. Had to go online to get suggestions on what the issue was. Found out and fixed the problem, dislodged card; this appears to be very common. Once fixed the machine operated but the 'lag' between input on the controls made the games exceptionally difficult and in fairness disappointing to play. Choose to return the machine for a full refund. Overall the choice of games and build quality all appear good but the playability is not there due to the lag issues. I will be looking at other options but from what i have found out, the lag on the emulated games is a common issue. The return and refund was exceptionally easy and Amazon were perfect in this respect.

This is a great little machine. it has over 10k games and you can connect it to WIFI and get more free game from the store. all the needed connections are available to plug it to the tv, a computer screen and usb ports to connect extra controllers. pros: contains ALOT of games 2 to 4 players can connect external controllers most games have a save state great range of emulators search, recent and favorite game section comes with replacement button (just in case) cons: some emulations are not great to play due to the fact of not having enough buttons (n64) a lot of games are in Japanese Overall rating A

Was skeptical at first but decided to buy the product to test it out. I really liked it, easy to move around and find games. Easy to plug the internet and get more games in the market. I have not explored all the 10000 games due to a lot choices but the ones I've played play good. There are some games with minor glitches but nothing bad, like all emulators it will have its moments but fixes itself sometimes. Don't know much about arcade buttons or joysticks but there good in response time. It is also easy to take it anywhere and plug it in. Thank You guys. Will post update later if anything goes.

What a shame, waiting and waiting, and in the end it doesn't work properly. The item looks very cool, with the joystick and buttons, but some of the button doesn't work. I could go up and down, and sometimes to the left, but the right doesn't work at all. And by buttons, only the start button work, but the rest don't respond. That means I couldn't enter any game, couldn't use the search function, only go up and down with no effect. I also connected the second controller, and it was exactly the same problem, so it must be a system defect. The power supply wasn't even fit to my country, so I had to use an adapter. There is a 128gb TF card inside, but in fact there is only 10mb inside?? And I didn't have the chance to complain about the visuals. I don't recommend this at all, waste of time and anticipation.
