Can’t really say that I noticed a difference. With that being said, I was also taking a prescribed diuretic with this * please note that my doctor knew that I was talking this when he prescribed me the diuretic.* Later it was believed to have been a lymphatic issue. So I can not say 100% if they did or did not work.

Fluid retention. It helped me feel less bloated and lighter throughout the day. It is easy to take and offers noticeable results when combined with proper hydration. I recommend it.

This is a good water pill. It has helped relieve bloating and decrease water weight, meanwhile not requiring me to pee every 30 min. I'm sure there are MANY products out there and I've tried a few others. This one seems to be light on the stomach and again not cause you to be running the bathroom all the time. I'm giving it a solid 4 stars.
