Brown sugar substitute
I’m giving this a shot to help with my healthy eating, even though I still love baking. It’s definitely a winner—it’s a great substitute for brown sugar and tastes just as good. It’s not cheap, but I think it’s worth it.

Great sugar substitute for coffee
I have never liked sugar substitute, until I tried this. My coffee intake was on the rise and I usually have 2 teaspoons of sugar per cup so was looking for a good tasting sugar alternative. Other sweeteners were awful tasting to me and I could never enjoy a cup of coffee using them. However, I took a punt on this and I am really pleased I did. I have to use a little over 2 teaspoons to get the desired taste but my coffee now tastes really nice and can see myself using this instead of sugar going forward. It is a little pricey as others have said, but I am willing to pay it to get me off sugar as I am at a higher risk of diabetes. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the packaging. The "sugar", which is the texture of damp sand, has already worked its way into the re-seal area of the packet once you open it so it can't be re-sealed (at least that's what's happening for me). I find myself having to store it in some other air tight container as my sugar canister is already in use with normal sugar which other people use.

Great for baking
This is a great brown sugar substitute. I use it for cakes and cookies, where it gives a richer flavour that combines well with vanilla with no aftertaste. Creams easily with butter. The twin pack is fair value, especially if making larger fruit cakes or batch baking.

Très bon gout, un gout un peu entre de la cassonade et du sucre brun de canne. Bon pour le régime et les dents, car il n'attaque pas l'émaille des dents et ne crée pas de pique glycémique. Parfait pour les petits comme les grands !

J'ai enfin trouvé un édulcorant qui ne laisse pas d'arrière-goût !!! J'ai fait une compote pommes/rhubarbe l'autre jour et j'en ai ajouté, un régal, ma compote était vraiment délicieuse et aucun arrière-goût !!! Je recommande vivement !!!
