Versatile
The main selling point of this is that it does both Direct thermal i.e. using thermal paper or thermal transfer which can print on non-thermal paper surfaces. The build quality is also really good. It seems to be built to handle commercial use and large printing volumes and still be reliable. I've been using it for my Etsy shop to print shipping labels and to print on ribbons as embellishments for my packaging. So far it's been working great.
