These are topical patches that are time release. The Vitamin C pack comes with 60-patches. The Glutathione pack comes with 42-patches. These patches are a great spin on the typical methods of taking your vitamins. What I really like about these is not only the easy of use. But the time released nature of the patches. When applying the patches, I recommend that you apply to to an area of the body that does not have hair or very little. It doesn’t hurt necessarily when I take them off but I could see this being a problem for other users. I tend to put my patches in the same spot and it does leave a bit of residual glue on your skin. Comes off with a shower but it can be a little tacky. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, these work great for me and my lifestyle. The Iron patch really does work. I've tried other brands and it didn't work. The only bad thing is that they don't stick very well.

I love these easy to use patches. I have been wanting to add some collagen to my daily routine since I turned 40 this past summer and this was an easy way to try it out. I love that these patches are discreet in size and very comfortable to wear while delivering me the vitamins my body needs. love how I can put them on in the morning and forget about them till bed time. I also love that I can get an added dose of vitamin c especially this time of year. I am looking forward to seeing the long term results!

This was a Vine item, so I only got the glutathione part of this product - which, to be honest, it all I wanted as I get too many other supplements that for some reason want to add B in forcing me to do math and figure out how badly it would interfere with my multivitamin. I encourage everyone to do their due diligence before starting glutathione. It is the super anti-oxidant by a large factor. The liver and lungs gobble it up as they do the bulk of metabolic processes creating the oxidants in the first place. But cancer also loves glutathione and for the same reason - it doesn't like oxidants, either because it interferes with its growth process. So talk to your doc. For me, I'm of an age so get certain cancer scans every year *and* I take dandelion root. The other main issue with glutathione is that it doesn't survive the stomach - like NAC and NAD, it has to be altered to survive. The most bio-available forms are infusions which involve doctors, under the tongue and...drumroll...skin patches like this one. I put it on about ten at night, because I'm an early riser and I'm good. I do suggest you get in contact with the seller before purchasing as their product page does a terrible job of listing the ingredients as in, not at all.
