Muy útil, buen aspecto (importante cuando toca tu comida tan directamente) y fácil de limpiar. Tiene el peso justo: lo pones encima de la pieza y la mantiene pegada a la sarten o parrilla. Todavía no lo he probado con hamburguesas pero mejora todo lo que toca y reduce el tiempo de cocción. Los solomillos de vacuno a la plancha los ha mejorado mucho.

Quality at a reasonable price
This is very effective at getting a good sear on meat. Surprisingly because it wasn’t the most expensive. It’s solid steel or alloy not sure which and a good weight with a nice handle. It improved the sear on my steaks but this was on the BBQ I’ve not tried it frying yet.
