These bottles are useless!!!!! You have to suck the water out,the vacuum is impossible!!! So you have to keep turning the lid to let air in!!! I bought a 2 pack and threw them in the garbage!!!!!! So agrivating!!!!

you have to get a variety of flavors that you donโt get to pick
I disliked not being able to pick my flavors. It would be nice to load up on some favorites Also you have to suck on the bottle you cannot just drain your drink
