This clock looks like handcrafted with a maple leaf pendulum, and I picked it because its dark brown color and its height blend so well with my window frame. The clock’s design is lovely with intricate carvings. Function wise, the face is clear, with bold black numerals I can read from across the room, which is great when I’m bustling around cooking or setting the table. Every hour, a little plastic bird pops out to sing one of 12 melodies, and my kids get a kick out of it. They will stop eating to watch. The night sensor is a thoughtful touch; it keeps the clock quiet after dark, so it doesn’t wake anyone up. Setting it up was a breeze. I just popped in some batteries, snapped on the pendulum and bird figure, and hung it on a nail.

This little cuckoo is perfect in every way. It keeps accurate time and doesn't take u[p the whole wall. The soundis clear and charming. I whould highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality product, without braking the bank to get it.

The photo eye is not sensitive enough so it goes off all night. Quite charming with the cuckoo and the song.

This clock is beautiful! You can tell care was made in it’s construction. It may not be made with the highest quality wood but they made the most of what they had. We bought this for our toddler, who is clock obsessed and one big reason why was it plays music after the cuckoo. You can turn the music off though if you just prefer the cuckoo, or have it run on silent. As the clock is battery powered the weights are a nicely painted plastic and are there for asthetics only. The volume has no up/down control but one isn’t needed for where it is in our living room. You can tell the 12 songs are being made from a recording/speaker rather than a music box but they are still pleasant to listen to. The pendulum is a nice touch too, we are lucky that our cats have lost interest in it and were able to leave it on. This is a great entry into the cuckoo clock world if you would rather not spend the money on a black forest clock. The amount of detail you get for what you pay is amazing.

I am very happy with the quality and operation of this cuckoo clock. The clock is well worth the money spent and compared to other clocks and their price, it is the best clock for the money. I really enjoy the cuckoo’s call and the music that follows.

I hate the nursery rhyme after the coo coo and there is no way to shut it off without shutting off the coo coo as well 🙄 I should have read the description better

Oh my God. I have no words enough to express how much I love this clock! My relative in Germany said it looked like those that cost several hundred Euros! Before they increase the price, don't hesitate to buy one! It is worth every penny! So cute and adds fairytale elements to the house!

had this,for about 3 weeks know and i keep it high up on the wall because mycats love the Cucoc bird but it very loudand play music when the Cucko clock comes out you can set it to thw time for example if it 12 o clock you can make th Cuco clock chime tm12 times i just letit do it own thing .

Firstly the cuckoo doesn’t chime the correct time after using for 1 day. Secondly it states that “the entire clock is made of wood with precise craftsmanship “. Well it isn’t. Lots of plastic on and around this clock. Sold by Kintrot home décor, which I found out is a Chinese company. Thirdly when returning this I have to go to a UPS store…which is no where near where I live.
